This herbal share includes 4 seasonal boxes to be picked up in Missoula at the Clark Fork Market(spring/winter location TBD) and the O'Hara Commons in Hamilton. The first share comes with the Spring Equinox in March, second at the Summer Solstice in June, third with the Autum Equinox in September, and the fourth at the Winter Solstice in December. Each share is carefully tied to the corresponding season- products made with the herbs available outside, and tonics addressing the needs that most of us share during these times in the year. Boxes include seasonal and locally grown herbs, elixirs, oils, extracts, bitters, vinegars and more!
This year I am offering SLIDING SCALE PRICING, and I divided it into 3 categories:
**All 3 tiers support my business and I am very grateful for whichever tier you choose**
ROOTS ($165), the lowest tier, represents the minimum cost for me to not lose money. This option is for folks who cannot afford to pay any more, but still want to be a part of the share. This is the level I have kept my herb shares at the last many years to make sure it was accessible!
LEAVES ($200), the middle tier, represents a mid range cost that allows me to pay myself for some (but not all) of the time that goes into this share, as well as covering the costs that I put into it. This is slightly above what I am used to getting as a farmer.. as factoring in my time has never really been a concept for me!
FRUIT ($250), the top tier, represents the highest cost for my herb share that covers the cost of what I put into it, as well as most of my time I put into this(which makes this feasable for me to continue doing), and maybe even a little extra on top which can go towards the growth of my business in other areas. This is for folks who appreciate this work, and have the means to help support a future for small scale producers.
Please choose a tier that sounds right for you!
