Cooking with Herbs Class

Are you interested in learning how to make herbal remedies that are tasty, easy, and can be incorporated into your daily life? Do you wish to connect to plants and food that are easily grown in your own backyard rather than imported from all corners of the globe?
 
Join Angi and Jamie at their property in Stevensville for a garden walk and talk, making a medicinal herbal vinegar and sun tea, cooking demonstrations and a herbie brunch featuring easy to grow herbs, edible weeds and wildcrafted bits from our property. 
 
Take home your own infusing herbal vinegar and jar of tea! Bring an empty pint and quart jar if you have them, otherwise we can provide. 
 
SLIDING SCALE PRICING:
ROOTS ($40), the lowest tier, represents the minimum cost for my classes. This option is for folks who cannot afford to pay any more, but still want to attend the class. The money goes towards food/supplies for the class. This level allows for more folks to join the classes, which enriches everyones experience and helps support the work. 
LEAVES ($60), the middle tier, represents a mid range cost that allows me to pay myself for some of the time that goes into this class, as well as covering the costs that I put into it. This is slightly above what I am used to getting as a farmer.. as factoring in my time has never really been a concept for me!
FRUIT ($100), the top tier, represents the highest cost for my classes. That covers the cost of what is put into it, as well as our time, and covers the cost for the lowest tier spot holders.  This is helpful to those in your community who may have less means than you at the moment! It also helps support the work I do and ensures more classes like this will happen in the future.
