Turmeric is known for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties. OFten used for arthritis, tendonitis and other inflammatory issues. Used for hay fever and other allergies. A tonic herb for asthma and eczema. Turmeric is anti-oxidant, which many people link to cancer prevention. It supports the liver , cleanses the blood, and aids in digestion. What can’t it do?!?! Can also be used as a dye- be careful not to spill it!
Contraindication/caution: Use caution with heartburn and peptic ulcers. Pregnancy. Don’t use if you have bile duct obstruction. talk to your doctor before use if you are on pharmaceutical blood thinners.
